Best Western Plus Pflugerville Inn & Suites

We were traveling for a highschool state band competition and stayed with a bus load of kids. The hotel was the best value near the venue, so I wasn't expecting much, but it was very clean, quiet and had great breakfast and a nice lounge area. The staff was awesome. I have not encountered such friendly and helpful staff in a while, especially when you see a large group of teenagers headed your way. I'm really impressed! The bathroom was large with great water pressure and toiletries. The bed seemed hard for me but I actually slept great. There was a wedding dinner going on when we arrived and I was worried it would get noisy but it never did. Great stay!

Alex at the front desk was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Exceptional service!

My husband and I along with 3 kids (10,9, and 4) called from a nearby hotel we had checked into with mold and awful bedrooms (Country Inn) and Carter assured us that Best Western would take care of us. We came from the Country Inn feeling exhausted only to find a beautiful, clean, and sanitary room/suite awaiting us at Best Western. Carter went above and beyond with providing stellar customer service and hospitality. We quickly were at ease as he was willing to show us the room before we booked it since we had just experienced a nightmare at Country Inn. He made our kids feel welcome and was very prompt in providing any and all additional services we requested. Thank you Carter and Best Western for giving us a great experience. 10/10

The innkeeper, Carter, was amazing. He was very hospitable, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the hotel and amenities. I could not recommend him enough as an innkeeper. The only gripe I have about the room is the pull out bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as a 230 pound 6'1 man. It's probable use is for families with small kids. Everything else was great. The pool was cool and well maintained, the breakfast selection was surprisingly large for a hotel. The parking lot was good and spacious, the only problem is you have to loop around to get to the hotel, which is probably the city planners fault and not the hotels. An exit/entrance right off the frontage road of 130 would've been phenomenal. all in all 4.5/5

Some of the reviews are very petty. If you want a 5 star experience she’ll out the 5 star price. Room was clean, A/C cold, pool was open, breakfast was better than what I’ve paid for at pricier hotels. Service was great, very kind, the young gentleman on the cleaning staff that was off duty, helped me out getting fresh towels, thank you! Only complaints are, Spectrum cable, definitely sucks and difficult to find correct channels. Bed is firm (but it is my preference). A little light does come from under the door but not worth crying about like some of the reviews. People do let their doors slam shut, and can be loud. Walls and ceiling seemed to be fine holding back any noise, maybe just because I had good neighbors. In all, GREAT HOTEL for the price! I definitely will stay again.

This place was worth every penny for the Cleanliness & Comfort!!! Superb Staff!!!! I was on the first floor , beautiful high ceiling and beds soooooo clean and comfortable. Coffee Station is such a great accommodation. The breakfast was BANGIN. The scrambled eggs with cheese and homemade salsa.. They do an awesome JOB!!!! Anytime I am in the Austin area, I will be back!

Great stay at Best Western Plus. Plenty of parking available, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The shower had good water pressure, which was a big plus. Overall a solid and comfortable place to stay

I was in room 107 for last two days with my wife.Very comfortable beds! Clean rooms great service I honestly don’t know why there a 3 star hotel! I will definitely return.
